ONLINE ORDERING It couldn't be faster or easier to order from the Tack Shack. Simply click on the "Buy" or "Add to Cart" buttons associated with the product(s) you want. Adjust quantities or delete items by entering your changes on the check-out page. Email address and phone number are requested so we can contact you regarding any delays or other messages pertinent to the transaction. We hate spam as much as you do and will never share your information with any third party or use it for any purpose other than filling your order in a timely and accurate manner. If you select to pay by credit card, your transaction will be transferred to a secure server where we are the only ones with access to the information.    Most credit card and COD orders will be processed within two business days. METHODS OF PAYMENT. Creditcard, personal check, Money Order and COD payments accepted. Personal check will delay shipping 7-10 business days. COD charges will add $8.50 to the cost of shipping. Orders to be paid by money order or personal check will be shipped on receipt of payment, including shipping. Send money order and checks to P.O. Box 225, Riverside, IA 52327. (Allow an extra 14 days for personal checks to clear the bank.) We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We no longer take American Express. Normal policy is to ship only to billing address. If you prefer other arrangements (i.e. gifts), please notify your bank with the shipping address. COD orders require $8.50 additional shipping charges (no personal checks for COD orders.) SHIPPING CHARGES We will ship UPS ground or USPS Priority (rates calculated by shipping weight, distance shipped and value of order.) Packing/Handling charges may be added to the order total. Signature required on creditcard ordes; creditcard orders must be shipped to an approved address. Please make sure your bank has the shipping address on file. Additional charges may apply, if the total does not equal your calculated order total you will be informed prior to order processing. Calculated rates based on shipping within the US. RETURN GOODS POLICES We inspect all products when packed for shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt and Contact Us immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns will not be accepted without proper authorization.  Defective merchandise will be replaced at our expense. Custom or personalized items, books and tapes, jewelry and chemicals are not returnable. All returned goods must be received in original unused condition within 7 days from date of delivery.
