| Special Saddle Considerations and Return Policy.
A good saddle is an investment that will last for many years. The Tack Shack wants you to be happy with your purchase. Each saddle is made by humans to the specifications of its pattern, using quality materials but leather is a natural product and each hide has its own characteristics. As a result your saddle will be unique and may look different than the one you saw on the showroom floor.
Please take time to inspect the saddle and fit it to your horse and to yourself. We ask you to place the saddle on your horse with a clean cloth or thin pad between the horse and the saddle. In this manner you will be able to confirm fit and protect the saddle from hair, dirt and oils on the horse. If you choose to not keep your saddle, Contact Us immediately for authorization and return it within 10 days to the Tack Shack. Upon inspection and verification of original condition, we will refund the price of the saddle. Shipping charges will only be returned if there is an error on our part or the part of the saddle manufacturer. Returns will not be accepted without proper authorization. Due to their size and weight additional shipping charges may apply.
